MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to create programs and opportunities that are relevant to the lives and struggles of the participants that will break the cycle of poverty and oppression that holds them down and back from reaching their full potential. Disciples for Christ Community Outreach Inc. has created programs that will benefit youth and individuals where they will seek training to find employment as we focus on career development and education for youth and their entire family.
Especially those from low-income families, at-risk youth; children of incarcerated parents; young adults, elderly and those with disabilities. Majority of the diverse population are below poverty level who are socially, and economically disadvantaged that have limited access to employment opportunities; who have inadequate and insecure housing and services; who live in violent and unhealthy environments; who have little or no social protection mechanisms; with limited access to adequate health, education and training opportunities.
