Children and Youth Services Disciples offer great youth programs and training. Our goal is to help improve the lives of youth in the most disadvantageneighborhoods. We assist them with improvements in improvements in education and literacy; mental health; reductions in substance use; reductions in violence, criminal activity,obesity and poverty. Our focus is to involve youth in programs that would improve their attitudes toward self, family, school and work. We also provide a variety of afterschool and summer programs such as KMAD (Kids Making A Difference) Youth Group, City Colors Young Anglers (Fishing Clinics), Summer Literacy Program; Music and Arts; D4C Kids Community Garden; computer and career development.
